A Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) is a facility designed to treat and manage sewage, which consists of wastewater from domestic, commercial, and sometimes industrial sources.

We used various treatment schemes in the STP Process.

Ultrafiltration (UF) plants are water treatment systems that use a semi-permeable membrane to remove suspended solids, bacteria, viruses, and larger molecules from water. The process operates at a higher pore size than microfiltration but smaller than nanofiltration, typically in the range of 0.01 to 0.1 microns. UF plants are highly effective in purifying water by separating fine particles, organic matter, and colloidal substances, making them suitable for applications such as drinking water treatment, wastewater recovery, and pre-treatment for reverse osmosis systems. These plants are energy-efficient, require low maintenance, and provide high-quality filtered water, making them ideal for both industrial and municipal water treatment.
